Extending a Startup’s Resources for SaaS Upgrades and Enhancements
Challenge: CirrusPoint Solutions needed to continue to build their performance analytics reporting solution (ServiceDashboard) and respond to customer requested enhancements as well as their own key feature enhancements.
However, as a start-up, they were not at a point to add to their own team but required access to resources to extend their team as they continued to grow. They needed to add team members who were nimble and who could work well in a start-up environment. In addition, their sophisticated enterprise solution required developers who were not only skilled but fast learners.
Results: We provided them with a dedicated global engineering team for their ongoing development needs. The CirrusPoint team has leveraged our Service Delivery Platform to build direct relationships with their Covalience engineering team with daily interaction via industry-leading tools.
CirrusPoint has leveraged the time zone difference to be able to promptly respond to client needs and start the US week a day ahead of the week’s development schedule. The CirrusPoint and Global Pueblo integrated team continue to work together to shape the direction of the ServiceDashboard product.
